Lambs. —A moderate entry of lambs sold under keen competition at full late rates. Medium prime lambs, 23/9 to 24/6; light prime, 22/6 to 23/6. Calves.—A full yarding of calves met with keen competition, and sftld readily at values very firm on last week’s quotations. Medium runners, £2 15/ to £4 5/; heavy vealers, £3 18/ to £4 6/; medium, £2 15/ to £3 5/; light, £2 8/.to £2 12/; smaller, £1 14/ to £2 2/; rough calves, 19/ to £1; bobby calves, 4/ to 8/. Pigs.—An average yarding of pigs came forward. Baconers met with a ready sale at improved rates, while porkers sold at values very firm on last week’s rates.
