MANY SLAVES SET FREE
(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, October 23. The Rome correspondent of the “Times" states it is estimated that 120,000 natives, so far, have made submission to the Italian foixes in the northern occupied region. Each slave set free is fo receive a certificate in the name of the King of Italy testifying to his new status.
