PUBLIC NOTICES rpHE LAND AND INCOME TAX X (ANNUAL) ACT, 1935 LAND TAX PAYABLE By Order-in-Council, made and issued by'His Excellency the GovernorGeneral in Council on the 15th day of October, 1935, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 1935, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington, C.l; and, In accordance with such Order-in-Coun-cil, I hereby give notice that the said duty will be payable accordingly. , Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 28th November, 1935. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund. The demands will be posted from office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about 31st October, 1935.
