Sausages and Potatoes.—Sausages, cold mashed potatoes, egg glazing, bread crumbs, frying fat. Parboil the sausages. Skin and cut in half, lengthwise. Roll each portion in mashed potato, using a little flour to prevent Sticking. Dip in e SS‘ glazing, toss in crumbs. Wet fry till a golden brown. Drain. Serve on a hot dish with gravy.
