AGAINST AIR RAIDS.
MUSSOLINI’S ORDERS,

At the expressed wish of the Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, preparations are being speeded up to protect Rome and other Italian cities against air attacks.
All people who are able to afford them are encouraged to buy; gas , masks, which employers must supply to workers. A national association has. been : formed to unify preparations, to spread knowledge of the dangers of
aerial warfare, establish modern dug- - outs and systematise • existing subterranean refuges.
