OFF THE RAILS
MIXED TRAIN MISHAP. MUCH MATERIAL DAMAGE. (Received 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 28. A mixed train was party derailed today near Forbes. 276 miles west of Sydney. The passengers wore flung in all directions, but nobody was seriously hurl.
A petrol waggon containing 27 tons of spirit, four carriages, and 150 yards of permanent way were seriously damaged.
