AUCKLAND ACCIDENTS

[Special to “Northern Advocate ”J AUCKLAND. This Day. Four occupants of a motor car, which struck a wall and capsized near the intersection of Pah Road and Mt. Albert Road early on Tuesday, were taken to the Auckland Hospital, but the driver. Mr. M. Clark, of Hobsonville, and one of the passengei’s, Mrs. E. Schofield, of 45 William Street, Mt. Albert, were able to leave after receiving medical attention. Two other passengers, Miss Ailsa Clark, aged 17. of Hobsonville, and Miss E. Rentoul. aged 25. of King Edward Avenue, Bayswater, suffering from head injuries, were admitted. Miss Clark’s condition is regarded as serious.

Knocked down by a motor car in Sandringham Road on Monday evening. Mrs. M. Massey, aged 65. of Portage Road, Otahuhu. suffered concussion and a fracture of the right leg, 1 and was admitted to the Auckland Hospital. Her condition is not serious. Falling from a tram in Point Chevalier Road on Monday evening, Mr. E. Kelly, aged 75. married, of 40 Williamson’s Avenue, Grey Lynn, received concussion and was admitted to the Auckland hospital. His condition is not serious. In a collision between the cycle she was riding and a motor car at the corner of St. Andrew’s Road. Epsom, on Tuesday, Miss Bonnie Oborn, aged IG. of 54 King George Avenue, received head injuries. She was admitted to the Auckland hospital. Her condition is not serious.

Mr. M. Singer, aged 29. single, of 13 Rewa Road, Epsom, received concussion when a taxicab in which he was a passenger struck a car pole in Manukau Road, Epsom, early oh Tuesday morning and was taken to the Auckland hospital. His condition is not serious.
