MEAT SHIPMENTS
SUSPENSION REPORT A .SPECIFIC NEGATIVE. (Received noon.) LONDON, November 9. Although the British Government denies specifically proposing a suspension of meat shipments from the Dominions, it is admitted that the idea arose after discussion with the Dominion representatives here. Suggestions for a mutual agreement, not proposals, were submitted to Australia subsequently.
