WITHDRAWAL OF EMBARGO
BRADFORD TEXTILE MANUFACTURERS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 7. The Bradford wool textile manufacturers have withdrawn their embargo placed on the delivery of yarn to Germany imposed early in. September as a result of the reluctance of Germany to pay debts.
