BRISTOL WELCOMES PRINCE. (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, November 6. Unemployed men in Bristol gave a wai-rn welcome to the Prince of Wales when he visited that city’s welfare centres. Many of these were organised as the result of the Prince’s own appeal on behalf of the unemployed.
