At an impressive ceremony today the degree of Doctor of Laws was conferred oh, the . Duke .of. Gloucester at Melbourne University. He is the fifth member of the Royal Family to be honoured in this way. The . University Rifles formed - a Guard of- Honour to' the'Duke, who was robed in the gown of Doctor Of Laws of Cambridge.
