ALLEGED TREASON
' TWO AMERICANS IMPRISONED IN GERMANY (Received 10.30 a.mJ BERLIN, November 6. It is revealed that two American citizens, Miss Isobel Steele and Mr. Richard Roderer, who were holidaying in Germany, have been imprisoned, for several months, without a trial, on unspecified charges of treason. American intervention has proved fruitless. The consul is making efforts to prevent the People’s Court, which can inflict the death penalty, trying the cases.
