A message from Sydney,. Nova Scotia, states that before sailing for Newfoundland today on the cruiser Dragon, the British Prime--Minister, jAtr... MacDonald, emphatically denied rumours from London that some'Ministers- of the National Government were contemplating withdrawal.
A suggestion that it might bp his intention to advise His Majesty to dissolve Parliament prior to any declaration of war was. ridiculed l)y Mr .MacDonald.
