FACE POWDER AND COCKTAILS. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 27. The tendency of the cocktail habit to produce liver trouble and of face powder to aggravate nasal catarrh in women was pointed out conference of the .British Medical Association. One speaker said that besides face powder, nasal catarrh can be acquired from flour as a housewife stirs it in a basin.
