(Received 0 a.m.) SAX FRANCISCO, July 26 The United States Pacific Coast longshoremen, who. have been on strike, have agreed by 6‘lBS tvs to 1471 to accept arbitration regarding thriir dispute with the employers. The men meanwhile remain technically on strike, awaiting the Mediation Board’s proposals. The Governor of Minneapolis, Mr F, R. Olson, placed the capital under martial law today, after the rejection of peace -proposals by the employers in the dispute between them and 6000 union truck drivers.
