Re-Read your Will Now I It may need Revision NEXT to not making a Will at all, there is no greater mistake than, having made one, to fail to periodically re-read and revise it. Between the framing of a Will and the time it comes into effect, many things may happen to make the provisions of that Will unintelligible or impossible to carry out. Every birth, death, marriage or re-marriage of persons affected by a Will may necessitate some alteration. More important still, are changes in the testator's own material affairs. The shrinkage in property values, for instance, that has occurred during the last few years, has rendered obsolete most Wills made before 1931, and many Wills made since then.
