At Helensvillo, on Thursday, Ihe 2.lrd animal meeting of (lie Kaipara Co-oper-ative Dairy Company, Ltd,, was held under the chairmanship of Air A. Hanson. There was an attendance of over 100 suppliers, and the report .and balance sheet were adopted. The chairman stressed the need of the maintenance of quality, pointing out that most eases of low graded cream were caused hy the farmers’ lack of care in clotfiliness. The output of the company was 2,01 S tons, the same as last season, and the pay-out at the farmers’ gate with cartage added was 9.4.1 d per lb’ butterfat. There being eleven candidates for the five vacancies on the board of directors, a postal ballot is necessary. It was decided to pay a 4 per cent, dividend on paid-up share capital.
