While these have never been resorted to in the past, the use of proxies by shareholders is quite legitimate. As, however, the meeting in question has been called for a speciiic purpose, my Board desires to state that up to the present no statement or explanation of the Board’s marketing policy has been presented, Directors having always felt that this was a matter entrusted entirely to them by the shareholders.
