TAWA FLAT FATALITY
MOTORIST FOR TRIAL. (For Press Afssoclation.—Copyrlffht.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A charge was hoard in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday against Cyril John Steer, of Tawa Flat, of’ negligently driving a motor lorry, thereby eausing the death of George Kermode, who died in hospital on .January 31, following injuries received when his car went over a bank at Glenside on January 33. A charge of failing to stop and render assistance and report the mat--1 tor to the police was adjourned until the major charge was decided. Accused was committed to the Supremo Court for trial.
