PRISONERS ILL-TREATED
CULPRITS SENT TO CrAOL. (Received 9 a.m.) BERLIN, April 7. The Stettin Court sentenced l)r. Hoffman, a detective, to 13 years’ gaol with hard labour, for maltreating prisoners in a concentration camp. Two other detectives were sentenced to live years’ imprisonment. Several civilians, similarly charged, were sentenced to from 2 to 10 a ears. The trial was held in camera.
