LONDON AEEA FIGURES. VACANCIES EXCEED SUPPLY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 0 a.m.) RUGBY, March 21. A notable recovery in juvenile cm- ; ployment at the end of hist year is' recorded in the report of the London Ad- . vlsory Council on the subject. At the beginning of the year juvenile employment in London was very severe, but the trade recovery produced a remarkable situation toward the end of the year. Each month many hundreds of vacancies in the West End and City of London remained unfilled. In December, when there were only 1(117 unemployed juv.eniles on the registers of the 22 London employment exchanges, more than 4000 vacancies were available. These vacancies were for juveniles of all ages.
