The winner of the second prize of £')00 in the “Golden Chance” art union is Mr Patrick Grogan, of Auckland, who i« on relief work. Mr Gro,gan is a sailor, HI years of age, and for about JO years lie was employed on local sailing vessels in Hie coastal trade, being master of scows. He hao been unemployed for about two years.
