The Avorkers in the motor industry, through the representatives of the American Federation of Labour, have agreed to confer with President Roosevelt and have postponed the call for a strike until Friday morning. Governor Lunger today proclaimed a moratorium on the obligations of businessmen to their creditors. The moratorium, which will expire on •Inly 15, declares that it is unlaAvfnl to levy upon or attack for debt any stock, merchandise, shop, equipment, furniture or fixtures. The Governor also declared it unlaAvful to oust the owner from a farm until he had “full opportunity to secure the benefit of the Act of Congress relating to re-financing farms. ’ ’
