(British Official Wireless), (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, March 20. Sir Walter Kinnear, controller of the insurance department of the Mim istry of Health, speaking at the annual dinner of the department, said that in spite of the prolonged industrial depression the health of the nation hal remained at a very high level. Mortality, even in the most depressed areas, was steadily increasing.
