DEMAND ONLY FAIR. (Special to “Northern Advocate.”) PUKEKOHE, This Day. I At the horse sale yesterday, conducted by the Now Zealand Loan and | Mercantile Agency Co., td., there was a good yarding. The bench of buyers was good, but the demand was only fair, with a resultant easing off in values. Unbroken draughts made from £3O to £35; broken, £2B to £37 10/; medium,. £2O to £23 10/ useful farm sorts, £l4 to £18; aged farm horses, £7 to £l2; hacks, £2 10/ to £G.
