COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, in pursuance of Section 14S of “The Public, Works Act 1028” has had a plan prepared of a. certain road containing 2 I'ooda 36 perches adjoining allotments 503 and part allotment 138, Block YII, Waipu Survey District (plan number ’27485), which road the said Council proposes to stop and close under the said Act. And notice is hereby given in pursuance of the said Act that all persons having any objections to the proposed closing of the said road, must lodge such objections in writing at the Office of the Whangarei County Council on or before the Blst day of March, 1934.
