DOMINION CONFERENCE. IXITTAL GATHERING. (Per Press Association. —Copyright. - ) WELLINGTON, This Day. Although there have been active associations of master butchers in the various districts of the Dominion for a considerable time, it “was not until yesterdav that a Dominion conference was hold. The delegates from both islands are present, and Mr W. Tunlcy is presiding.
In reply to the welcome given to the delegates by the Mayor, Mr T. C. A. His lop, Mr Tunlcy said it was hoped that their deliberations would not only bo fruitful to employers and employees, but would result in a higher standard of service to the public.
