WAR DEBTS QUESTIONS
INTERNATIONAL PARLEY, RESUMPTION IN OCTOBER. (Received, noon.) , WASHINGTON, August It. The Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, stated today that international discussions of Avar debt questions would begin in the first part of October when Sir Philip Lcith-Ross, the British economic adviser, would come to Washington for preliminary conversations on behalf of the United Kingdom.
