■CONGRESS LEADER ARRESTED. (Received 0 a.m.) CALCUTTA, August Id. The president of the Indian National. Congress, Aney, has been arrested at Berar, Central Provinces, together with 13 followers. Led by Aney, the party had marched to a Government reserve in a forest, to protest against the forest laws.
