Public notice is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council at a general meeting thereof held on the 14th day of duly, 1933, made and levied in terms of “The Rating Act 1925,” and of “The Harbours Act 1923,” a Harbour Rate of three farthings in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value on all rateable property within the Whangarei Harbour Board’s rating area lying within the County of Whangarei. The said Harbour Rate to be for the period commencing on the first day pf April, 1933, and ending on the 31st 'day of March, .1934, and shall be paid to' the Collector in one sum at the Office of the Whangarei County Council, Bank Street, Whangarei, and shall become duo and payable on the 12th day of August, 1933. The Valuation Rolls of the said Harbour Board’s rating area within the County are deposited at the County Office,” Whangarei, and may be inspected during office hours.
