The “Daily Express” Berlin correspondent says that, following the murder of the Afghan Minister, the police are piecing together clues pointing to the existence of a world conspiracy by Russian agents, in conjunction with Afghan exiles, for the overthrow of the present Afghan Government, which is regarded as being too pro-British, and to restore ex-King Amamillah, who is a friend of the Soviet.
