HARBOUR BOARD SPECIAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Whangarei Harbour Board will be held at the Office of the Whangarei Harbour Board, Walton Street, Whansrarci, at 11 a.m. on FRIDAY, the ißth day of MAY - , 1933, to confirm the following special resolutions passed at a special meeting of the Whangarei Harbour Board on Friday, the 21st day of April, 19dd: —

1. That, the special resolutions of the Whangarei Harbour Board passed respecti vely on the Bth day of Sop* tember, .1921, and on the 18th day of March, 19:11, striking special rates bo amended by omitting therefrom the words — “on the first day of November” and substituting therefor the words “on such date or dates as each constituent local authority within Hie Whangarei Harbour Board’s rating area shall fix for the payment by its ratepayers of such rate,” and Ipy adding to each of the said special resolutions the words — “and that the Whangarei Harbour Board’s rating year shall be from the Ist day of April in each and every year until the 31st day of March in each succeeding year.” 2.
