The case in which Leslie George Peach Bond was charged with negligently driving a motor car so as to cause the death of a child, Elizabeth Beatrice Roberts, on March 20, was heard in the Police Court yesterday. Evidence showed that the child wont round the rear of a tram and was immediately struck by the car, the speed of which was described as reasonable.

The magistrate said the accident could not be attributed to accused. The case was dismissed.
