CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD
GUILT ADMITTED. (Special to "Northern Advocate. AUCKLAND, This Day. A plea of guilty was entered in the Supreme Court yesterday • by Jack Walker, aged 32 (Mr Skelton), who was charged with conspiring with .lames Taylor and another unknown to defraud Francis Atkinson, farmer, of £SBO, Walker was remanded for sentence.
Two charges of forging prromissory notes to tlie value of £ls 15/ and £l- - were admitted by Frederick Albert Tapson, aged 05, agent (Mr Sneddon)', He also was remanded for sentence.
