At the New Zealand Football Association meeting last evening it was revealed that there would be a probable loss of £45 on the inter-island match on Easter Monday.
The Finance Committee’s recommendation that affiliation fees be five guineas for major associations and two guineas for minor associations was adopted.
A proposal to allocate £l3O to school football was adopted.
The secretary reported that the boat fares for the team for Australia had not yet been received. He was instructed to cable asking that the amounts be remitted immediately. The team leaves by the Wanganella on May 11, The following officials were appointed: —Captain, Christie (Auckland); vice-captain, Chapman (Otago); selection committee, Mr H. L. Godber, with the captain and vice-captain. Wellington’s challenge for the. Football Association trophy was accepted, Otago to fix a date.
