Mr D. V. Bryant, of Hamilton, honorary organiser of the Waikato Land Settlement Society, lias received the following message from the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe:—“Accept my hearty congratulations on your success
in receiving the amount, required 1o put. in hand the Waikato Land Settlement. Society, t shall be much interested to hear in dne course how it progresses. ’' Having returned from a holiday at Raglan, Mr Bryant intends going to Wellington immediately to interview Cabinet Ministers regarding the
scheme, and on his return he hopes to launch (lie scheme and establish (he organisation necessary to carry it on.
