FEROCIOUS JACKALS
BITES CAUSE HYDROPHOBIA
MANY INDIAN VICTIMS,

Fifty peasants have died from hydrophobia after being bitten by rabid jackals which are infesting villages in the United Provinces. More than 150 others have been seriously bitten. Jackals at present are being hunted and exterminated in the jungles.
