HANGAR El BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Whangarei Borough Council held on Monday, the third day of April, 1933, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to he held on' Monday, the first day of May, 1933, at T.lo p.m,, at the Council Chamber, Bank Street, Whangarei. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 186 of HThe Municipal Corporations Act and Section 41 of “The Local Legislation Act 193233” the Whangarei Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the following street be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public street of the Borough of Whangarei. The right of Avay known as Mansfield Terrace, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan deposited lin the ofliee of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland numbered 27101 and thereon coloured blue and yellow. The Whangarei Borough Council further resolves that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the middle line of the said street. Provided that this condition shall not apply to the land contained in Certificate of Title Yolumc 522 Folio 15.1, being part Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei, or to the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 522, Folio 268, being Lot 9.
