Further news of the Auckland yacht •Heartsease, which left AVhangarei on * September 23 on a cruise of the South "f Seas, and which is now laid up in Sydney, was' given by Messrs T. N. Silk, of Wanganui, and E. F. G. Hutchison, two- members of the crew, who returned by the Makura from Sydney ' today. It was stated that negotiations are pending for tire yacht’s sale to a Hobart yachtsman, and that should the - sale not eventuate the crew may bring , : her back to New Zealand next year, - preferably:• in a trans-Tasman race. . ’ .- Nothing-more delightful than the - cruise through the islands could be imagined, both Messrs Silk and Hutchison agreed. Rough weather had boon experienced, the two Avorst spells being encountered just-after they left Whangarei and when going up the Queensland coast to Brisbane, ; The Fijian chief, Rata Sakuna, Air Silk said, was one of the most interesting personalities they met.
