AUCKLAND, This Day,
Though far from brislc there is still a fair number of sales going through on the Auckland Stock Exchange. Government stocks are in good request and at. this morning’s call 4-I’a moved up with a sale 5s higher at £93 7s Od. After this transaction buyers stopped in at £93 and were offering £9B 10s to £9B 15s for the s'l’s.
Banks were dull with New Zealands wanted at £2 Os 3d.
Waihis were a fraction easier with sellers at 18s lid.
Noon Call.
There was only one sale at the noon call today: Now Zealand and River Plato, £1 0/3.
