CASES BEING PREPARED,

(Received 9 a.m.) GENEVA, December 19.

Persia has intimated that she cannot immediately present her full case in the dispute concerning the cancelled oil concession, consideration of which is to come before the Council of the League of Nations this week.

Nothing will be done to aggravate the situation, and the Council is expected to adjourn the matter until Januarv.

A London message states that the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, will present the British case before the Council of the League. MEMORANDA PRESENTED. INTIMIDATION ASSERTED. CHARGE AGAINST BRITAIN. (Received 11 a.m.) GENEVA, December 10.

Reaffirming the desire for an amicable and fair agreement of the dispute, the British Government, has submitted a long memorandum to the League of Nations denying the charge that Britain impeded the agreement.
