MARCH ON ROM'S ANNIVERSARY. CONDITIONS ANNOUNCED. (Received 12.30 p.m.) ROME, November fi. An iinmosty to mark the celebrations of tlie tenth anniversary of the march on Rome affects 0000, including those serving live years’ imprisonment, "whose sentences are remitted. Sentences of between five and ten years are given a. three years’ remission and those over ten years, five years’ remission, provided they serve at least seven years. The. amnesty docs not apply to persons sentenced in their absence unless they return to Italy "within four months and serve the portion of the sentence nnremitted, nor does the amnesty apply to soldiers and sailors sentenced for treason.
