A net profit of £54,100 is disclosed in the annual accounts of Dalgety and Go., Ltd., merchants, stock, station and shipping agents, for the year ended June JO. The amount brought into the accounts was £212,J55, malting £266,IG4 available. The directors recommend a final dividend of 2/ a share, free of British income tax, and to provide £1.0,000 for the staff provident fund, leaving £156,464 to be carried forward.
