DIED ON ROADSIDE

HEART FAILURE THE CAUSE. (Special to “Northern Advocate.") WARKWORTH,- This Day. The sudden expiry of a single man, James Harvey, aged A 7, on the roadside on Tuesday, near the relief works camp at Tomarata, Rodney County, was the subject of an inquest on Wednesday before Mr A, J. S. Warin, coroner. Evidence was given- by deceased’s companions that lie had been coinjilaining of pains while at work and had been advised to return to camp and rest. Some tame later one of his companions went back, to the camp to sec how he was getting on and found him dead on the roadside. Dr. Shaw, of Warkworth, who made an examination, said death was due to heart failure.

Deceased was a returned soldier, and as far as is known had no relatives in New Zealand.
