CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED. The "Weather Bureau has issued the following forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day: — J The indications are for northerly, moderate freshening winds, and after about 24 hours backing by weal to south." The" weather appears likely to cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer is falling, but shortly it will rise. The seas will be moderate and the tides good.
