EVICTION RIOTS CASE
TWO MORE ACQUITTALS. NEW TRIAL FOR REMAINDER, (Received,9 a.m.) SYDNEY, September 14. In connection with the charges against 30 persons concerned in the HighfioM eviction riots on July 14, two more of the defendants were acquitted. The .jury was unable to agree on the remaining ten eases and the men concerned were remanded for a new trial.
