'Perkins, of tho Zion Congregational Church, Hulme, as a common informer, has issued a writ against Win. Mihvard, manager of tho Manchester Stadium, and councillor L. B. Cox, master of ceremonies, in connection with recent bouts on Sunday. Mr Perkins is claiming £IOOO damages from Milward and £SOO from Cox. The action will be defended.
