UEXPECTED TURN
MUNGANA MINES CASE. NO EVIDENCE FOR DEFENCE. (Received 9 a.m.) BRISBANE, August 13. Owing to the unexpected turn in events in the Mungana action, in consequence of the defendants having refrained from giving evidence, counsel for the Crown secured an adjournment, for the purpose of preparing specific questions for the jury.
