ABRUPT IMPACT
TWO PERSONS DISABLED. (Per Prfls* Aasoeifttf —Onnyrly^f:,) PALMERSTON N., This Day. A motor cyclist, Mr Walter Johnson, of Huntorville, and a pillion rider, Miss Muriel Dorn, were admitted to the hospital yesterday suffering from injuries sustained as the result of an accident near the Cloverlea Soldiers' Settlement. The motor cycle overtook a motor car driven by Mr 11. G. Jewell, of Cloverlea, just as it was about to turn into Buiek’s Lino, and it strm k the running-board of the car. Miss Dorn received a fracture of the leg, but Mr Johnson’s injuries .were only of a minor nature.
