WORLD HEAVY-WEIGHT TITLE. .SCOTT CHALLENGES SCUMBLING (Received 10.46 a.m.) LONDON, June 15. Phil Scott issued a challenge to Max Schmeling. It is expected, that t lip fight will be staged in England. Scott, however, must defeat Stribling on July 28, after which the British Control Board can insist on him as a genuine contender. No doubt the board will see that he gets a fair deal.
